Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Booking: *A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Deposits are refundable within 72 hours of payment only. After 72 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Deposit amounts vary per service and are applied to your final balance. Final Balance Deadlines: Small events (1–10 guests): Balance due 7 days prior Large events (11+ guests): Balance due 14 days prior *Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation without refund. Cancellations: Within 72 hours of deposit: Full refund After 72 hours but before 7 days of event: Deposit is forfeited; remaining balance (if paid) is refundable Within 7 days of event: All payments are non-refundable Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule allowed with 7+ days' notice Requests within 7 days may incur a $50 fee and are subject to availability Refund Policy: No refunds are issued within 7 days of the event. Refunds outside of this window are only issued per the cancellation terms above. Emergencies may be considered case-by-case but are not guaranteed. Travel Policy: Local service includes 35 miles from 77380. A travel fee applies beyond that. *Out-of-state or long-distance bookings require client-covered travel including: -Flights or transportation -Hotel accommodations -Additional fees may apply for extended travel time This policy helps us provide a smooth, high-quality experience while respecting your time and ours.
