Note: $300 is only a placeholder total. Your $150 deposit secures your date. Final price is based on your total box count and selected add-ons. Per-box pricing starts at $16 (see details below). Our ready-to-go boxed lunches are ideal for teams, trainings, or office gatherings. Each meal includes a fresh entrée, one side, a dessert or fruit, and comes sealed with utensils and a napkin. Starting at $16/box (8-box minimum) • Add drinks: +$2/box • Premium protein (salmon, steak): +$3/box • Premium dessert: +$2.50/box • Logo branding: +$15 flat fee Choose your pickup or delivery date at checkout. Cancellation Policy
At Thee Pampered Plate, we value transparency, preparation, and service excellence. This policy outlines the terms for all bookings and orders, including private dinners, corporate events, catering, meal prep, and plate sales. 🔹 Deposits & Booking Confirmation A non-refundable consultation or booking deposit is required to secure all private dinners, event services, or custom experiences. Deposits are applied toward your final total but are non-refundable under all circumstances. Event dates are not reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed. 🔹 Final Payment Deadlines Private dinners and small events (2–4 guests): Final payment is due 7 days before the event. Large-scale events (20+ guests, staffing, or rentals): Final payment is due 14 days before the event. Meal prep & plate sales: Full payment is required at time of ordering through the website or approved payment method. 🔹 Cancellation & Rescheduling Private & Custom Events 72+ Hours Notice: One-time reschedule allowed (based on availability). Less than 72 Hours: Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Large-Scale Events 30+ Days Notice: Eligible for partial refund minus the deposit and any pre-paid expenses (tastings, rentals, planning hours). 15–29 Days Notice: No refund. Partial credit may be issued at the chef’s discretion. 14 Days or Less: No refunds or credits. Final payment is forfeited. Meal Prep & Weekend Plates Because items are made-to-order, no refunds or cancellations are accepted after the weekly order cutoff (Wednesdays at 11:59 PM). If you experience an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right. 🔹 Custom Decor, Rentals & Add-Ons Ready-to-book Date Night setups include basic red roses, white plating, candles, and neutral/gold accents. All other custom themes, rentals, signage, or floral upgrades require a consultation and are billed separately. Once confirmed, these items are non-refundable. 🔹 Travel & Out-of-Area Events Travel fees apply for events outside of our standard service area (based on zip code). Out-of-state events may incur lodging and travel stipends. 🔹 Force Majeure Clause In the event of illness, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control, The Pampered Plate will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your event or provide partial credit.
