How far in advance shoud I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for larger events. Last-minute bookings may require a rush fee. 

Can I customize my menu?

Absolutely! We work with clients to create fully customizable menus tailored to your to their event, dietary preferences, and theme. 

Do you offer payment plans?

We currently do not offer payment plans, but invoices can be paid in installments as long as the full balance is received before the final due date.

What is your cancellation policy?

~If cancelled 14+ days prior to event, the deposit is refundable minus the consultation fee.

~If cancelled 7-13 days prior to event, the deposit is 50% non-refundable.

~If cancelled less than 7 days prior to event, no refunds will be issued as all prep work has already begun. 

Is a deposit required to secure my event date?

Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7-14 business days prior to your event date.
